Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to digital products and services sold by Web IT Solution via https://www.webit-solution.com/.

Web IT Solution is a tech and software business. We provide digital services to businesses and individuals, including SaaS solutions, AI-powered tools, website design and development, website maintenance, and related tech support.

1. What payments cover

Paystack payments are for our digital products and services, including:

  • SaaS subscriptions and access to our AI-powered software
  • AI tools and business automation features
  • Website design and development
  • Website maintenance and technical support
  • Other related digital and software services we provide directly

2. Digital nature of our products

All offerings listed above are digital products or professional services. Physical returns do not apply. Once SaaS access, AI tool access, software credentials, or project deliverables have been provided, fees are generally non-refundable except as set out below.

3. Eligible refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund where:

  • You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same order
  • SaaS or AI software access was not activated within a reasonable time after confirmed payment, for reasons within our control
  • A website design, development, maintenance, or support service was not delivered as described, and we cannot reasonably remedy the issue within 14 days of written notice
  • You cancel a project before work has started and before any digital assets or access have been provided (within 7 days of purchase)

4. Non-refundable items

  • Used SaaS subscription periods or AI tool access already granted
  • Completed website design, development, or maintenance work already delivered
  • Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (domains, hosting, licences, advertising)
  • Custom work cancelled after project work has started, except for any unused portion we agree in writing

5. Subscription cancellations

You may cancel a recurring SaaS subscription so that it does not renew for the next billing period. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current paid period unless you qualify under section 3.

6. How to request a refund

Email webitsolu@icloud.com with your Paystack/payment reference, purchase date, product or service name, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible, typically within 7–14 business days depending on Paystack and your bank.
